Wonders Healing aims to describe the material of every product clearly and show the stones as naturally as possible.

Because natural crystals are created by nature, individual beads may have differences in:

colour, pattern, transparency, inclusions, texture and markings.

Those variations are often part of what makes each piece unique.

If a particular product is independently tested or accompanied by a laboratory certificate, that information will be clearly mentioned on that specific product page.

We will never describe every product as “lab certified” unless that is actually true.

You don't need to know every crystal name before choosing.

The meanings we share around crystals come from traditional, spiritual and metaphysical associations.

At Wonders Healing, we prefer to think of your bracelet as a physical reminder of an intention you have chosen for yourself.

For example, an abundance bracelet may remind you to stay focused on growth and opportunity, while a peace bracelet may become part of your mindfulness routine.

But the bracelet does not replace your:

actions, decisions, professional advice or medical care.

Our philosophy is simple:

Choose your intention. Wear the reminder. Take the actions that honour it.

For the best fit, measure your wrist before ordering.

Wrap a flexible measuring tape comfortably around your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet. If you do not have a measuring tape, use a string and measure the string against a ruler.

We normally process and dispatch orders within:

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately:

3–7 business days

depending on your PIN code, courier serviceability and location.

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and/or its supported courier partners.

Standard shipping within India is currently free.

Tracking details will be shared where available once your order has been dispatched.

So, in most cases, you can expect your order to move from us to you within approximately 4–9 business days from ordering, although courier delays can occasionally happen.

Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.

COD availability depends on the courier partners servicing your location.

If there is an applicable COD charge, you will see it clearly at checkout before placing your order.

If COD does not appear as an option at checkout, your location or order may not currently be eligible for COD.

Standard prepaid shipping within India is currently free.

Once we verify that the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or eligible refund.

For approved claims, Wonders Healing bears the standard return-shipping cost.

Please note that normal variations in natural crystals—such as differences in colour, markings, inclusions or texture—are generally not defects.

We currently do not accept general change-of-mind returns after delivery.

However, you may request cancellation within:

12 hours of placing your order

provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Once dispatched, normal cancellation is no longer available.

Returns are considered for:

damaged products, defective products or incorrect products, subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Where a refund is approved, we generally initiate it within:

5–7 business days after approval

For prepaid orders, the refund is returned to the original payment method.
