By using our website or voluntarily providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

  • www.wondershealing.com;
  • purchases and checkout;

  • WhatsApp communications;
  • email communications;
  • SMS communications;
  • social-media interactions;

  • photographs or videos submitted to us;
  • promotions, offers and campaigns; and
  • other interactions with Wonders Healing.

This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms that you may access through links from our website.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with Wonders Healing, we may collect the following categories of information.

A. Identity and Contact Information

This may include:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • mobile number;
  • WhatsApp number;
  • billing address;
  • shipping/delivery address; and
  • PIN code.

We primarily use this information to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with you and provide customer support.

B. Order and Transaction Information

When you purchase from Wonders Healing, we may collect information such as:

  • order number;
  • products purchased;
  • quantity;
  • price;
  • discounts or coupon codes;
  • order date;
  • payment status;
  • delivery status;
  • refund or exchange details; and
  • transaction/reference identifiers.

This allows us to process and fulfil your order and maintain appropriate business records.

C. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers selected by Wonders Healing from time to time.

When you make an online payment, the payment provider may collect information such as:

  • card information;
  • UPI-related information;
  • bank/payment information; or
  • other information required to complete the transaction.

Wonders Healing does not intend to store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or similar confidential payment credentials.

We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, payment reference number, amount and payment method from the payment provider.

3. Date of Birth and Personalization Information

We may collect your date of birth where you voluntarily provide it for a disclosed purpose such as:

  • personalized product recommendations;
  • personalized crystal or intention-related services;
  • birthday-related communications where you have agreed to receive them;
  • customized products; or
  • confirming eligibility where appropriate.

For ordinary purchases, Wonders Healing should avoid collecting more personal information than reasonably necessary.

Because Wonders Healing products and purchases are intended for persons aged 18 years and above, we recommend using a simple age-confirmation mechanism for ordinary checkout rather than requiring every customer to disclose their complete date of birth.

4. Wrist Size and Customization Information

For bracelets and personalized products, we may collect:

  • wrist size;
  • preferred bracelet size;
  • personalization instructions;
  • design preferences;
  • selected intention; and
  • other information necessary to prepare your requested product.

We use this information only for purposes reasonably connected with providing the requested product or service.

5. Communications With Us

If you contact us by:

  • email;
  • telephone;
  • WhatsApp;
  • website forms;
  • Instagram or other social media; or
  • customer-support channels,

we may retain the information contained in those communications.

This may include:

your name, contact details, order information, complaint information, questions, images, videos or other information you voluntarily provide.

We may use these records to:

resolve queries,
manage complaints,
process exchanges/refunds,
improve customer service and
maintain records of customer communications.

6. Reviews, Testimonials, Photographs and Videos

Customers may voluntarily provide:

  • product reviews;
  • ratings;
  • testimonials;
  • photographs;
  • unboxing photographs;
  • unboxing videos;
  • product-use images; or
  • other content.

Where you submit such content specifically for publication, it may be displayed on the Wonders Healing website or other agreed channels.

Where we wish to use an identifiable customer’s photograph, video or testimonial for broader advertising or promotional purposes, we intend to obtain appropriate permission where required.

You should not submit content containing personal information about another person unless you have the right and authority to do so.

7. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, certain technical information may be collected automatically through our website, hosting services, cookies and similar technologies.

This may include:

  • IP address;
  • browser type;
  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • pages viewed;
  • time spent on pages;
  • referring website;
  • clicks and website interactions;
  • cart activity;
  • website session information; and
  • cookie or advertising identifiers.

We may use this information to understand website performance, detect technical problems, prevent misuse and improve the customer experience.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Wonders Healing may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

These may include the following categories.

Essential Cookies

These help the website perform basic functions such as:

  • remembering cart contents;
  • maintaining website security;
  • enabling checkout; and
  • remembering necessary settings.

Some essential technologies may be necessary for the website to function.

Analytics Cookies

We may use tools such as Google Analytics or similar services to understand:

  • visitor numbers;
  • pages viewed;
  • traffic sources;
  • browsing patterns; and
  • website performance.

Advertising and Remarketing Technologies

Subject to applicable settings and consent requirements, we may use technologies such as:

  • Meta Pixel;
  • Facebook/Instagram advertising tools;
  • Google advertising tools; and
  • similar remarketing technologies.

These technologies may help us measure advertising performance and show relevant advertising to people who have previously interacted with our website.

Preference Cookies

These may remember choices that make future visits more convenient.

9. Cookie Consent

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies and similar technologies.

Customers may also be able to manage cookies using their browser settings.

Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.

When your WordPress website is developed, I recommend adding a proper cookie-consent banner that distinguishes:

Necessary | Analytics | Marketing

rather than displaying only a generic “Accept Cookies” button.

10. How We Use Personal Information

Wonders Healing may process personal information for purposes including:

  • processing and confirming orders;
  • fulfilling purchases;
  • arranging shipping and delivery;
  • processing payments;
  • enabling Cash on Delivery;
  • handling cancellations;
  • handling returns and refunds;
  • processing size exchanges;
  • responding to customer enquiries;
  • resolving complaints;
  • providing customer support;
  • preventing fraud or misuse;
  • improving products and services;
  • personalizing customer experiences;
  • providing personalized products where requested;
  • maintaining business and transaction records;
  • analysing website performance;
  • managing promotions;
  • requesting or displaying reviews;
  • sending marketing communications where permitted;
  • measuring advertising performance; and
  • complying with applicable legal obligations.

We will seek to use personal information only for legitimate and specified purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

11. Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, we aim to request consent in a manner that is understandable and connected with a specific purpose.

For example, purchasing a product should not automatically require you to agree to receive promotional WhatsApp messages indefinitely.

Marketing choices should be distinguishable from information required to complete an order.

The DPDP Act provides that consent, where relied upon, should be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous and should involve clear affirmative action; it also provides for withdrawal of consent.

Therefore, I recommend your website use separate optional boxes such as:

☐ I would like to receive offers and updates by email.

and, where used:

☐ I agree to receive marketing updates through WhatsApp/SMS.

Do not pre-tick these boxes.

12. Marketing Communications

Where permitted and where appropriate consent has been obtained, Wonders Healing may send:

  • product launches;
  • collection updates;
  • limited-edition announcements;
  • festival offers;
  • coupon codes;
  • educational crystal content;
  • gifting promotions;
  • abandoned-cart reminders;
  • WhatsApp marketing;
  • email newsletters; and
  • SMS communications.

You may request to stop receiving promotional communications through the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism provided, or by contacting:

care@wondershealing.com

Stopping marketing communications will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications relating to an order, payment, delivery, refund or customer-service issue.

13. Who We May Share Personal Information With

Wonders Healing may share personal information only where reasonably necessary for operating the business, fulfilling orders or providing website services.

This may include:

Payment Service Providers

Information may be shared with authorized payment gateways and banking/payment-service providers to process payments, refunds and transactions.

Shipping and Logistics Providers

We may share information including your:

name,
mobile number,
delivery address,
PIN code and
order-related information

with Shiprocket and/or courier partners necessary to deliver your order.

Website and Hosting Providers

WordPress hosting providers, website developers, security providers and technical-service providers may process limited information required to maintain the website.

Analytics Providers

We may use analytics providers such as Google or similar providers.

Advertising Platforms

Where enabled, limited information may be processed through platforms such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram or Google for advertising and measurement purposes.

Communication Providers

Email, SMS and WhatsApp service providers may process contact information where those services are used.

Professional Advisers

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with accountants, legal advisers, consultants or similar professional advisers.

Government or Legal Authorities

We may disclose information where required by law, court order, lawful governmental request or another binding legal obligation.

14. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

Wonders Healing does not intend to sell customers’ personal information to unrelated third parties for money.

Where information is shared with service providers, it should be for purposes related to operating the website, providing requested services, fulfilling transactions, advertising where permitted, or complying with law.

15. Third-Party Services

Wonders Healing relies on third-party providers for certain functions.

These providers may maintain their own privacy policies and may independently process information under their own legal responsibilities.

Examples may include:

payment gateways,
Shiprocket/courier providers,
Google services,
Meta services,
WhatsApp-related services,
email providers,
SMS providers and
website-hosting providers.

We encourage customers to review the privacy practices of relevant third parties where appropriate.

Because you have not yet finalized every technology provider, this wording is better than naming services you may never use.

Once your website technology stack is finalized, we should update this Privacy Policy with the actual providers.

16. International Processing

Some technology, analytics, advertising, cloud, communications or payment-service providers may operate infrastructure outside India.

Accordingly, personal information may in some circumstances be processed or stored outside India, subject to applicable data-protection law and any restrictions that may apply at the relevant time.

We will endeavour to use service providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy measures.

17. Data Retention

Wonders Healing will seek to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • completing transactions;
  • customer support;
  • refunds and disputes;
  • preventing fraud;
  • maintaining appropriate accounting/business records;
  • complying with tax or legal requirements; and
  • establishing or defending legal claims.

Different types of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

Where information is no longer reasonably required and retention is not required by applicable law, we may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.

I recommend not putting an arbitrary “we delete everything after 30 days” statement on the website. E-commerce businesses legitimately need certain transaction records for substantially longer periods.

18. Security

Wonders Healing intends to implement reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process.

These may include:

  • secure website hosting;
  • HTTPS/SSL encryption;
  • restricted administrative access;
  • strong passwords;
  • appropriate WordPress security controls;
  • software/plugin updates;
  • payment processing through established payment providers;
  • malware and security monitoring where appropriate; and
  • limited access to customer information.

However, no website, internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should never send us:

UPI PINs,
CVVs,
internet-banking passwords,
OTPs or
account passwords.

Wonders Healing will never need such credentials to provide customer support.

19. Data Breaches

If a personal-data incident occurs, Wonders Healing will take reasonable steps to:

identify and contain the incident,
assess its impact,
take remedial measures and
make notifications where required by applicable law.

The final DPDP Rules include detailed security and breach-notification requirements, although many of those substantive operational provisions are part of the phased implementation scheduled after notification of the Rules.

20. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law and the relevant provisions in force, you may contact Wonders Healing regarding:

  • information about how your personal data is being used;
  • correction of inaccurate personal data;
  • updating incomplete or outdated information;
  • deletion or erasure requests where applicable;
  • withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opting out of direct marketing; and
  • complaints concerning our handling of personal information.

Requests may be sent to:

care@wondershealing.com

We may need to reasonably verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.

The DPDP Act creates rights relating to access, correction, updating, erasure and grievance redressal, with the substantive rights provisions scheduled to take effect under the Government’s phased commencement notification.

21. Withdrawal of Consent

Where Wonders Healing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it through the method made available for that purpose or by contacting us.

Withdrawal will apply prospectively and will not automatically invalidate processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Certain information may still need to be retained or processed where necessary to:

complete an existing order,
process a refund,
resolve a dispute, or
comply with applicable law.

This approach is consistent with the consent framework set out in the DPDP Act.

22. Children’s Privacy

Wonders Healing’s website and products are intended for customers who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly intend to offer online purchasing services to children.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order through www.wondershealing.com.

If we become aware that personal information of a person below the permitted age has been collected in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we may take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle that information.

23. Guest Checkout

Wonders Healing currently intends to provide guest checkout rather than requiring customers to create permanent website accounts.

Personal information supplied during guest checkout will still be processed as necessary to:

fulfil the transaction,
deliver the product,
communicate regarding the order and
meet legitimate record-keeping obligations.

Not creating an account does not mean that transaction records immediately disappear after checkout.

24. Social Media

Wonders Healing may maintain pages or accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or other social-media services.

If you interact with us through those services, the relevant social platform may independently collect and process your information in accordance with its own privacy terms.

Wonders Healing does not control the independent data-processing practices of those platforms.

25. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to external websites.

Wonders Healing is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of independent third-party websites.

Customers should review the privacy policy of the relevant website before providing personal information.

26. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in:

  • applicable law;
  • our business practices;
  • products and services;
  • payment providers;
  • logistics providers;
  • analytics and advertising technologies; or
  • website functionality.

When material updates are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a particular change, we will take appropriate steps.

27. Grievance and Privacy Contact

If you have questions, concerns, complaints or requests concerning this Privacy Policy or the handling of your personal information, please contact:
